How to Use:

1. Wash your face, with your usual cleansing products.

2. Apply any day or night creams to your face and neck.

3. For 5-10 minutes, use upward motions to move the Gua Sha plate gently over your forehead, cheeks, around the lip area and neck. Close your eyes and roll gently over your eyelids if you have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes.(always work towards the other edges of your face.

Perform this face lifting Gua Sha technique three times a week to reduce lines and wrinkles.

For a cooling effect, place in the fridge for 10 minutes before usage.

Once you finish using your gua sha tool you can quickly sanitize it by adding 1-2 drops of rubbing alcohol to a cotton ball and rubbing it all over the tool. Allow your Gua Sha tool to soak for a deeper clean. Fill a clean bowl with warm water and 2-3 drops of antibacterial soap.
